The Tata Group’s chairperson Natarajan Chandrasekharan has purchased the unit 21 and 22 of duplex apartments worth 97.85 Cr INR in the 33 South building in Pedder Road, Mumbai. The building known to house billionaires of Mumbai is everything that speaks luxury. These names include Rachana Harsh Jain (Wife of Co-founder of Dream11), Pooja Anirudh Dhoot (Wife of Videocon Heir Anirudh Dhoot), Prashant Jain (CIO of HDFC Mutual Funds), Alka Dujodwala, (wife of Mangalam Organics chairman Kamalkumar Dujodwala), Jiten Hiralal Doshi (Founder and CIO of ENAM AMC), and more.

The transfer deed shows that the total area of the property spreads across 6800 sq. ft. The apartments were purchased in the names of Natarajan Chandrasekaran, his wife Lalitha Chandrasekaran, and son Pranav Chandrasekaran. The registration data also shows the purchase of 8 parking spaces in total along with the duplex apartments.

33 South is a 28 floors residential tower that comprises of super luxury homes and a limited number of Duplex Apartments.  Data searched by Zapkey shows that transactions worth 319.85 Cr INR have undertaken in the past 12 months in the residential tower.
