Bollywood actress Malaika Arora has rented out her apartment in Bandra’s Casablanca Apartments for 1.2 Lacs INR per month. The home has been rented out to Jeffrey Goldenberg, owner of The Jeff Goldenberg Studio.
Documents show that the apartment has been rented out for a total of 48 months (4 Years). The monthly rent is scheduled to be Rs. 1,15,000/- for the first 12 months, Rs. 1,20,750/- For next 12 months, Rs. 1,26,788/- for the third 12 months, and Rs. 1,33,127/- for the last 12 months of the agreement.
Stamp duty of Rs. 15,300 was paid, and the registration was documented on 07th April 2022. The apartment is situated on the second floor of the building and covers a total area of 91 sq ft.
