K Raheja Family buys Mumbai property worth ₹ 265 Cr from J. K. Organisation’s Singhania Family

Brothers Ravi Raheja and Neel Raheja, group presidents of K Raheja Corp, have purchased a property worth ₹ 265 Cr from J.K. Organisation’s Singhania Family.

The property purchased is an independent property in the suburbs of Mumbai’s SantacruzJuhu area. The property spans across 31,000 Sq. Ft. area of land and holds an independent house that spreads across 7933 Sq. Ft. in area.

The house was formerly owned by the J K Organisation’s Singhania Family, and was purchased from brothers Bharat Hari Singhania, Raghupati Singhania, and family members of late Sri Pati Singhania.

Registered on the 29th of April, 2022, the property was formerly known as ‘Kamala Cottage’ and was originally purchased by Kamlapat Singhania in 1935. The house is a one storey construction.

The Raheja brothers paid a stamp duty of ₹ 15.90 Cr for the property.

Ravi Raheja and Neel Raheja are sons of Chandru Raheja, chairman of K Raheja Corp.
