Bollywood enchanting celebrity Madhuri Dixit has bought a magnificent apartment which is worth Rs 48 crore in the Indiabulls Blu, Lower Parel area of Mumbai from the seller, Calleis Land Development Private Limited.
The apartment is on the 53rd floor of the building with 5,384 square feet and comes with seven car parking spaces. A stamp duty of Rs. 2.4 crore was paid at the time of the registration of the property.
The apartment complex overlooks the Arabian Sea and includes other facilities like swimming pool, a football pitch, gym, spa, and a club.
