Radhakishan Damani’s Family and Friends Buy 28 Luxury Houses for 1238 Cr INR

DMart’s founder, Radhakishan Damani’s family, and friends have purchased a total of 28 Luxury houses in Tower B of Three Sixty West, Mumbai. The total cost of the houses sums up to 1238 Cr INR, making this the country’s largest deal yet.

The total area of the houses purchased covers 1,82,084 square feet and includes 101 car parks. The transactions were registered on February 3, 2023. The overall average area of each of the houses is 5,000 sq. ft. and costs from 40-50 Cr INR.

“We can expect many more luxury home deals to be registered before March 31, 2023, before the new provision kicks in,” said Sandeep Reddy, Founder, Zapkey.com.

Radhakishan Damani has previously brought his dream home in Malabar Hill area of Mumbai for 1001 Cr INR, in the year 2021. The property spread across 5,752 square meters and is supposed to be over 90 years old.
