Bollywood actor Kartik Aryan’s mother, Mala Tiwari, has leased a flat in Praneta Building on Juhu Tara Road from fellow actor Shahid Kapoor. The deal was registered on 12th January 2023. The tenure of the lease has been mentioned as 36 months in documents accessed from Zapkey.
As per the registration data, the house spans 3,681 sq ft on the ground floor and basement. The lease also includes 2 parking spaces in the compound. The monthly rent for the property is penned at 7.5 Lacs INR with a 7% escalation charge each year that follows.
The security deposit paid is 45 lacs INR. Shahid and his wife Mira Kapoor resided at Praneta Building earlier but moved to a duplex in the south wing of Three Sixty West in Prabhadevi which they purchased in 2018. The duplex spreads across 8,625 sq ft and was purchased for 55.6 Cr INR.
