Indian cricket star and former captain of the India national team, Virat Kohli, has purchased a house in Alibaug for 6 Cr INR. The villa spreads across 2,000 sq ft in area. The project is a luxury construction in Awas Village.
The property comes with a 400 sq ft swimming pool. Avas Living is a project by Aditya Kilachand. The stamp duty paid for the deal is registered as 36 Lacs INR.
This is the second property purchased by Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma. In September 2022 they purchased a 36,059 sq ft farmhouse in Zirad village for ₹19.24 crore.
