Polycab Scion Buys 2 Duplex Apartments in South Mumbai Worth ₹48 Crore

Kunal Inder Jaysinghani, head – strategic initiatives, Polycab India Ltd has bought two luxury duplex apartments in south Mumbai’s Beaumonde Towers for ₹48 crore from Dipesh Pravin Desai, director of Asia Pacific Business Services.

Kunal is the son of Polycab India’s promoter and chairman Inder Jaysinghani.

The data shows that two apartments are spread across 6580.80 sq ft, and are on the 32nd and 33rd floors in Tower B  with the access to 11 car parks of the Beaumonde Towers, in upscale Prabhadevi. A stamp duty of  ₹2.40 crore was paid and the property was registered on 25th May 2022. 

Many buyers in the building Beaumonde Towers have bought units in pairs or combined four units and turned them into a single, large residence. Data searched by Zapkey shows that transactions worth 143.31 Cr INR have been undertaken in the past 12 months in the residential tower.
