NRJN Family Trust, established by Nandan Nilekani, co-founder of Infosys, has sold its residential property in Bengaluru for 54.70 Cr INR.
The independent property spread across 9,488 sq ft is located in Koramangala 3rd Block. The property was sold to C Valliappa’s wife V Seetha. C Valliappa is the founder of the Sona Valliappa Group, an extension of The Sona Group.
NRJN Family Trust had purchased 2 properties in the Billionaire Street aka Koramangala last year. They paid 59 Cr INR and 58 Cr INR for 4200 sq ft and 3082 sq ft built up area respectively.
