The Mumbai/MMR real estate market continues to be dynamic, with certain localities attracting significant investment.ย Here’s a glimpse into the top 15 localities by sale value in 2024:

Securing the second position, Kandivali East recorded sales of โ‚น7,000 cr.ย A standout performer within this micro-market was Godrej Reserve, the highest-selling project in 2024 with over โ‚น3,000 cr in sales.
