Godrej Reserve has emerged as the highest-selling project. Projects which have maintained their top 10 position in 2023 and now in 2024 are Rustomjee Crown, Oberoi 360 West and Raheja Modern Vivarea.
Top Localities:
o In Mumbai, Worli once again emerged as the top locality contributing to the top 100 projects with a total sale value of Rs 8400 crs+ followed by Kandivali East at Rs 4496 crs, Mahalaxmi at Rs 3694 crs, Powai at Rs 2,635 cr and Mulund West at Rs 2,535 crs+.
